1- What are the opening hours ?

Anytime of the year ; 7days/7 ; our planning is flexible, just ask.

2- Should I book in advance? what is the time limit to reserve ?

Yes, we kindly ask you to call us to book. We will then oragnize with you the type of ride and the timing. The timing limit is different according to the period and the type of ride chosen. Please call and we will tell you. For sepcail event or groups, please cal as soon as possible. In any case, please call 24H before at least.

3- Is the ride confirmed in case of bad weather conditions (rain, snow...) ?

TrottXway will take the decision at least 1 or 2 hours before. We will then call you. The ride can't be cancelled for bad weather conditions by the user. Please see our Sales conditions

4- What should we wear for the ride ?

• Suitable wearing according to the weather and the activity (sport wear)
• comfortable closed shoes
• safety helmet and fluorescent vest provided

5- Is it suitable for me ?

Scooter can be used by everyone !

The only limits are a weight and an age limit : max 100 kg / from 14 year old

• woman or man
• young people or older people
• athletic or non sporty
• Stressed or smart
• from 14 yo

 But Scooter is not recommended and even forbidden is case of :

• balance problems or inner ear problems
• mobility or heathy issues
• Pregnancy
• Over-weight

Your guide can decide to prevent you from doing the ride during the training session in case of problem.

6- Why a State graduate guide for your ride?

It is a legal obligation since October 2019 !

From October 2019, 23d and the French law n° 2019-1082  on electric personal transporters, every scooter ride should be escorted by a state graduate guide for your safety

Your graduate guide will be able to train you safetly and to escort you in order to show you the safe ways and the Loire Valley points of interest
